EDG supported management in launching the business, providing board level guidance and key industry relationships to open doors to new customers, sales talent and organizational leadership. Given strong returns of capital to date through distributions, EDG plans to hold this investment as it continues to grow, now representing over $200 million in annual purchasing volume for its customers.
