Harrison Perry
M. Harrison Perry, a Vice President at EDG, brings significant private equity and transaction structuring experience. Mr. Perry's career has focused on providing financing to drive growth for healthcare companies. Prior to joining EDG, Mr. Perry was a Senior Associate at Radius Ventures, where he made growth equity investments in healthcare companies. Prior to Radius, Mr. Perry was an associate in a private equity and mezzanine debt fund at CapitalSource, where he focused on healthcare, manufacturing, and business services investments. Mr. Perry has also worked as an Analyst and Associate in Bank of America's Healthcare and Financial Sponsors groups. At Bank of America he provided leveraged financings to fund corporate growth, mergers, and sponsor backed buyouts.
Mr. Perry received an MBA with distinction from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BS in Business Administration with distinction from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
